What does refresh mean? For speed purposes, most internet data is cached – meaning it is stored for a period of time on your computer so when you go to a web page you might be seeing an old copy. Refresh tells the browser to go back to the web page and grab everything (every picture, every advertisement, all the text) again. Sometimes CTRL/F5 does a better job than just F5.
